After understanding the basic principles and reproduction meachanism of zentaoPHP framework, you should be familiar with the directory of ZenTao PMS.

1. Root

bin command line scripts of ZenTao
config master configuration files and the database configuration files the database
db database scripts of upgrades and complete database building scripts
framework core files of zentaoPHP framework
lib class files, e.g. database access, sending emails and data verification
module  specific modules, over 30 modules in ZenTao.
tmp temporary files
www table files, js files, images, entry programs of ZenTao and index.php

intall.php installation program

uprade.php upgrade program which will be accessed when uprading

3. Module

There are over 30 modules In Module directory. Each module corresponds to one function in ZenTao. The functions in ZenTao are composed by these modules.

lang language files for the current module. zh-cn is simplified Chinese and zh-tw traditional Chinese and so forth. If you need to modify the names or configutations of some fields, you should open its relavant files.
view template files for pages, e.g. the corresponding template is browse.html.php if you wanna see the bug page.
config.php corresponding configuration items for the current module
control.php is the entry of all pages in bug module, which means method definitions for bug related page viewing can be found in this directory.
model.php is the method lists for bug-related actions in database
